If your piece isn’t right for you, you can submit a return request within 14 days of delivery.

How to request a return

1. Sign in using the email address associated with your order and the verification code sent to your inbox.
2. Open your order and select the return option.
3. Choose the item, select a reason and add any relevant details.
4. Submit your request. Our team will review it and email you the next steps.

Return eligibility

• Requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery date.
• Jewelry must be unworn and in its original condition.
• Returns are limited to one pendant per customer.
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to be processed.

Exchanges

For an exchange, please email contact@johnnysaintstudio.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and title "Exchange Request", the item you received and the piece you would like instead. Our team will guide you through the next steps.
