Returns & Exchanges
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of the delivery date.
To start a return or exchange, please email us before sending your jewelry back. We will provide the appropriate return instructions.
Please note:
- Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
- Returns are limited to a maximum of one pendant per customer.
- Items must be returned in their original condition and unworn.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
