Returns & Refunds

If you’re not fully satisfied with your order, you may return it within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange.
*Returns are limited to one pendant per customer.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within one (1) hour of purchase by emailing us. After this period, your order moves into production and can no longer be cancelled. Cancellations are only accepted when requested via email.
