Are your pendants made from real solid gold?
Yes. Every pendant is crafted from genuine 14K or 18K solid gold. Never gold plated or gold filled, and comes with a certificate of authenticity.
Where are your pendants made?
Every pendant is made to order in the USA, with carefully sculpted details and a polished finish that brings its design to life.
What’s the difference between 14K and 18K gold?
Both are genuine solid gold. 14K offers greater resistance to everyday wear and a more accessible price. 18K contains more pure gold and, in yellow gold, has a richer golden tone.
How do I choose the right pendant size?
Check the dimensions on each product page, as measurements vary by design. MINI offers a more discreet look, CLASSIC a stronger presence. Need help choosing? Our team is happy to guide you.
When will my order ship?
Your pendant is made to order, especially for you. Please allow approximately 3–4 weeks for production and shipping. For the latest production timeframe and estimated delivery date, refer to your product page.
Does my pendant come with a chain?
Choose “Pendant Only” to wear it with your own chain, or select a solid gold chain option on the product page. Using your own chain? Our bails fit up to 4mm chains in width.
Is shipping free and insured?
Yes. All US orders include complimentary insured shipping with tracking. A signature is required upon delivery to help keep your jewelry secure.
Can I return or exchange my order?
