Due to the custom-made nature of our orders, we are unable to offer refunds.

Exchange policy:
You can exchange your purchase within 7 days of delivery. For a different item of equal value. Exchange is limited to one (1) pendant per order. To initiate an exchange, please contact us first to receive the return instructions. Production time will apply. The buyer is responsible for the shipping costs.
