Return and Exchange Policy

Due to the custom-made nature of our pendants, we do not accept returns.

However, we offer a flexible 14-day hassle-free exchange policy ensuring you find the perfect piece. You can exchange your purchase unworn and in its original condition, for a different item of equal value or a store credit.

Exchange conditions:

- Exchange is limited to one (1) pendant per order.
- Exchanges are only allowed for equal or higher-value items
- Standard-sized pendants cannot be exchanged for MINI-sized versions
- Modifications are not permitted once an order is in production (any order modification request must be made within one hour of purchase).

Production time may apply for exchanged items.
