To initiate an exchange, please contact us first to receive the return instructions. Production time will apply. The buyer is responsible for the shipping costs.

Stamping & hallmarking:
Please note: for customers within the United States, hallmarking may not be included due to the pendant being too small, delicate, or other production factors.
You will receive an authenticity certificate with your order to guarantee that all of our jewelry is made of real, solid gold.
