Exchange policy:
You can exchange your purchase within 7 days of delivery, unworn and in its original condition, for a different item of equal value. Exchange is limited to one (1) pendant per order. To initiate an exchange, please contact us first to receive the return instructions. Production time will apply. The buyer is responsible for the shipping costs.
Stamping & hallmarking:
Please note: for customers within the United States, hallmarking may not be included due to the pendant being too small, delicate, or other production factors.
